As an Associate Partner in L2 Consulting, Chris Crouch possesses a fusion of strong scientific leadership and credibility together with senior management skills in the contract research industry. A physiologist by training, he is recognized for his expertise and experience in inhalation toxicology, where numerous drug candidates have benefited from his scientific input as they progress to the market or to advanced stages of development.  Following employment at the Huntingdon ResearchCentre and Hazleton Laboratories in the UK, where he became familiar with the technicalities of the emerging science of inhalation toxicology, he was employed as a Senior Toxicologist at the Research and Consulting Company (RCC) in Geneva and Basel, Switzerland where he applied the technically advanced Swiss inhalation exposure and monitoring systems to assess the toxicity of numerous drug candidates for many international clients.

He moved to Canada in 2001 as Vice-President of ITR Laboratories Inc. in Montreal where he designed and set-up a modern inhalation toxicology laboratory using state-of-the-art equipment and procedures for atmosphere generation and control.  This quickly became recognised as a centre of excellence in North America.  He briefly returned to RCC to provide management oversight to a subsidiary, start-up facility in Toronto

He has been an independent Consultant since 2010.
