As a Partner in L2 Preclinical (Associate Partner L2 Consulting), Dr Gurvinder Singh has over 14 years of experience in Research & Development, Business Development, Operations Management, Project & Program Management and Contract Management with reputed Pharmaceutical/CRO and Healthcare industries based at Singapore, India and US. Dr Singh is a Pharmacy postgraduateand has always been associated with preclinical anticancer drug discovery research, and has obtained his PhD in Cancer Biology from one of the topmost universities in India, Birla Institute of Technology. Dr Singh was associated with National Institute of Immunology, New Delhi (NII) and in 2002, moved to Molecular Oncology group of Dabur Research Foundation (DRF), well known Anticancer Research Foundation of India. His work at NII and DRF awarded him several international publications, abstracts and honored him as a part of couple of patents. In 2007, Dr Singh moved to Singapore to set-up and to provide his leadership to Oncology department at Maccine Pte Ltd and credited with quick setting up of Oncology department, team recruitment and facility setup. In 2014, Dr Singh was promoted to Director of Operations with overall Operations management responsibilities of 3 different sites of Maccine Pte Ltd. In Oct 2014, Dr Singh became Head of Scientific Services department at Biopolis Shared Facilities, Singapore (A*Star) to provide Business and Operational directions to the central facilities of A*Star to improve its cost recovery by redefining its working model to attract more private organizations. Most recently Dr Singh has been associated with the APAC Business Development and Marketing roles with several preclinical NHP contract research and healthcare organizations to provide his sales and marketing expertise in this region to help establishing networks and securing business.

In summary, Gurvinder has wide horizons of his experience from anticancer drug discovery programs to setting up department to provide leadership roles, which later extended into senior business operations and business development roles with various Pharma,/Biotech/Healthcare organizations in APAC and other regions.
